When we first saw the Chrysler PT Cruiser, we really liked it. A new concept with retro flair. We didn't get one right away due to listening to others putting it down in one way or another. BIG MISTAKE!!! Never ever take what anyone says bad about this car for granted without checking for yourself. If you would really like to find out whether or not this fabulous car is for you. Rather than just going down for a test drive, I suggest that if possible you should "rent" one for a week & give it a thorough workout. Talk with other cruiser owners, come by one of our club meetings and we would be more than happy to show ours off to any that wish to see and to share our experiences.

When we finally got our Silver 05 in May of 05, the 1st thing my wife Becky said was "I would like Dragons & Flames graphics". So after checking around online, we found what we wanted & made the order.

After installing these we got quite a few looks, double takes and compliments. Then I got the bright idea to check on PT Cruiser clubs in our area. I found reference to several and joined the Eights & Aces PT Cruiser Club right here in Las Vegas in July of 05. What a great bunch of folks. We have monthly meet & greets every 3rd Wednesday (for now) at 6pm at locations around town chosen by a different club member each month.

We attended our very first car show in March of 06, it was Cruisermania 3 held in Phoenix, AZ and hosted by the Arizona Highland Cruisers. What a Blast! I've never seen such fantastic looking cars. Since that show we've changed the graphics completely and added a lot of extras to the interior and exterior of the Dragon PT. The Dragon's Lair inside the rear hatch continues to grow as new dragon figurines and statues are constantly being added.

We won our very first trophy at the Summit Inn Car Show held at the Summit Inn Restaurant at the top of Cajon Pass in California. This show was hosted by the Double D PT Cruiser Club out of southern California. What an honor to be chosen from among all the other really cool PTs & Hot Rods in attendance.
